This is how the Riffer Window will appear most of the time. In this mode, a range of playback controls will be available.

A
Play/Pause button that will affect both the Riff and the movie.

Check the
Mute Disembaudio checkbox to have RiffSync mute out the sync lines from the Riff. If you know the Riff is in good sync, these lines are not needed. Note that this feature requires that RiffSync know where the sync lines are found in the RiffTrax.

Use the
Riff Volume and
Movie Volume sliders to adjust the relative volumes of the RiffTrax and movie to your liking.

The
Movie Ducking feature will reduce the volume of the movie when the RiffTrax guys are telling a joke. This slider adjusts how much the volume should be adjusted, ranging from none to completely muting the movie. This feature is based on an automatic detection of when audio is present on the RiffTrax file.

Use the
Chapter popup to jump directly to the cleverly-named chapters that the RiffTrax folks designate for the RiffTrax. Note that not all RiffTrax files have chapters defined.

Click the
Stop Riffing button to close the Riffer Window and return to your RiffSync Library.
